EVENT TITLE: HANDA PILIPINAS: INNOVATIONS IN DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT EXPOSITION 2023 | LUZON LEG | RISK REDUCTION IN MEGACITIES

In conjunction with the National Resilience Month, which occurs every July, the Planning and Development Research Foundation, Inc. (PLANADES) Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Tabassam Raza attended the HANDA PILIPINAS: Innovations in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Exposition organized by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) from July 27-29, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, Philippines. 

With the theme Risk Reduction in Mega Cities, this three-day exposition is aimed at raising public awareness and adoption of available DOST-developed technological innovations related to risk reduction and management, specifically developed for disaster preparedness, response, rehabilitation, and recovery.
