EVENT TITLE: PLANADES CONDUCTED THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING FOR BATCH 4 OF THE INTENSIVE COURSE IN ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING (ICEP)
26 February 2025 – The PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH FOUNDATION, INC. (PLANADES) welcomed the participants in the INTENSIVE COURSE IN ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING (ICEP) BATCH 4 on its opening day on February 24, 2025.
A total of 77 participants are comprised of representatives from different national government agencies, local government units, other government agencies, state universities, and the private sector. The participants come from 16 different regions across the country.
The program officially commenced with the welcome remarks from PLANADES Executive Director Dr. Tabassam Raza, followed by the message from UP SURP OIC-Dean Dr. Cresencio M. Montalbo Jr.

The first day of the training started off with resource speakers Dr. Ronnie Encarnacion, Dr. Krishna Buenaventura, and Hon. Corazon Cruz. The ICEP program is conducted in partnership with the University of the Philippines School of Urban and Regional Planning.
